The amendment servers are switched off at times. If the page says service unavailable or will not load:

Try the same region link again on another day.
Reach the taluk food office along with the head of family, every member's Aadhaar and the proof; staff there can enter the change.
A government citizen service centre in your area may be able to file it when the department allows, possibly with a modest service charge.
