- Open epds.hp.gov.inThis is the HP ePDS transparency portal. The menu sits at the top on a computer and under the menu icon on a phone.
- Tap Print Ration CardDo not use the Your Ration Card option; it has been under maintenance. Print Ration Card is the working one.
- Choose the input typeUnder Select Input Type, pick Ration Card Id or Aadhaar. The card ID looks like HP followed by two groups of digits.
- Enter the number and submitType the ID with the hyphens as printed, or the twelve digit Aadhaar, and press the search button.
- Save the card as PDFA card image opens with the front and the member list on the back. Use your browser print option and choose Save as PDF.

HP ration card download is done on the Himachal Pradesh ePDS portal through the Print Ration Card option, where you enter your ration card ID in the HP format or a member Aadhaar and get a front and back copy of the card to print or save. The portal is run by the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs and also shows eKYC status and shop wise card lists.

HP ration card download with Print Ration Card
The result is laid out like the physical card. The front shows the card number, head of family, FPS ID and FPS name, district, block, the GP, MC, NP or NAC you fall under, and the category. The back lists every member by serial number and has places for the card holder signature and the issuing authority stamp. Print on both sides of one sheet and you have a usable copy. HP ration card download by Aadhaar number
Pick Aadhaar in the input type box and type the number of any member. The search works only for members whose Aadhaar is linked to the card. If it fails, the portal has a Null Aadhaar Report that shows cards where Aadhaar is still missing, which the dealer or the inspector can use to fix the link. HP ration card data online: shop lists and drilldowns
Two menus show data for many cards at once. Beneficiaries Drilldown gives district, block and shop totals. FPS Wise RC Drilldown goes deeper: choose district, then block, then your fair price shop to see every card attached to it with the head of family name. Total FPS Detail lists the shops themselves. Use these to find your card number if you only remember your shop.
HP ration card e KYC online and eKYC status
Each member verifies Aadhaar at the shop on the ePoS machine, or by face eKYC where the department has given instructions. The eKYC Status menu shows progress by district and shop, so you can see whether your shop has pending members. For your own family, ask the dealer to check each name on the machine. Apply for a ration card and check status
The Apply Ration Card menu on the portal opens a separate application system linked by the department, where you register, fill the form, upload documents and later track the application. Offline, you can apply at the office of the Inspector Food and Supplies for your area. Keep the application number for status checks. Update mobile number on an HP ration card
Use the Update Mobile No. menu on the HP ePDS portal. You enter the card details and the new number and confirm with an OTP.
