What we cannot do
We cannot see, approve, change or download anyone’s ration card. Please do not send your ration card number, Aadhaar number, OTP, photos of documents or bank details. For your own card, contact your state food department, your fair price shop dealer or the national ration helpline 1967 (most states also have their own toll free number, shown on each state page).
