Quick steps
- Open AePDS PunjabGo to epos.punjab.gov.in using any phone or computer. The home page has a row of menus such as MIS, FPS, Sales and Reports.
- Open Reports and pick Beneficiary DetailsUnder Reports, tap Beneficiary Details. If the menu has moved, look for a page that asks for an SRC number.
- Enter the SRC numberType the smart ration card number printed on your card. Choose the month and year you want to see.
- Read the member listThe page shows the members on the card and the ration drawn in that month. Check every name and its spelling.
- Keep a printable copyUse the browser's own Print entry and set the printer to PDF. Right click is blocked on the site, so use the browser menu instead.

For a Punjab ration card download, open the AePDS Punjab site at epos.punjab.gov.in, tap Reports, pick Beneficiary Details and type your smart ration card (SRC) number with a month: the page lists every member and the grain taken, and you can print that page or store it on the phone as PDF. Punjab has not announced a separate downloadable e-card file, so this beneficiary page is the copy most families keep.
Punjab calls its NFSA card the smart ration card. The state Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs issues it, and new cards and changes go through the Sewa Kendra. Smart ration card Punjab download: what you actually get
Many people expect a coloured e-card PDF like some other states give. On the Punjab ePoS portal, what you get is a beneficiary statement: SRC number, head of family, each member, and the ration drawn for the month you picked. For the depot dealer and for portability this is enough, because the dealer verifies you by thumb scan anyway.
If you need a printed card for a document file, the printout of the beneficiary page is the practical option. For a fresh physical smart card after loss or damage, ask at the Sewa Kendra.
Punjab ration card download with Aadhaar number
The Beneficiary Details page asks for the SRC number, not Aadhaar. If you know only the Aadhaar, ask the depot dealer to look up your SRC number by scanning your thumb. Some families also find it in an old ration slip. Once you have the SRC number, write it inside the cover of the card so it is never lost again. Other reports on the ePoS portal
- RC Drawl Status: shows whether ration was drawn on a card in a period.
- Portability Details: ration taken by a card at a shop other than its home depot.
- ONORC: leads to an eKYC report for One Nation One Ration Card checks.
- FPS Status: whether your depot is active on the system.
These are public reports. They are useful when a dealer says the system shows something different from what you received.
eKYC on the Punjab smart ration card
Punjab has made Aadhaar eKYC compulsory for members on smart cards, and new cards also need it. A thumb scan per member at the depot completes it. A son or daughter employed outside Punjab can finish it at whichever depot is close to where they now live. If a child's fingerprint fails, get the Aadhaar biometrics updated and try again. Ration card add member online in Punjab
To add a new member, such as a newborn or a daughter in law, the usual route is the Sewa Kendra. Take the smart card, the Aadhaar of the new member, and proof like the birth certificate or marriage record. The department also has an online system called ERCMS at ercms.punjab.gov.in, but it is under maintenance at times, so check at the Sewa Kendra if it does not open.
