What we are, and what we are not
- We are an independent guide. We are not a government department, a ration shop or an agent.
- We do not issue, print, approve or change ration cards. That happens only on the official state portals, at the fair price shop or at a government service centre.
- We never ask for your OTP, Aadhaar number, ration card number or any payment. If someone asks for these in our name, it is not us.
