- Decide which site to try firstTry Smart PDS 2.0 for J&K first. If it does not load, use the ePDS reports banner on the FCS&CA site, then DigiLocker.
- Open the card search or public reportsOn Smart PDS look for Ration Card Details or Citizen Corner. On ePDS reports, look for a ration card details or FPS wise report.
- Enter your number or drill downKey in the RC number, or Aadhaar of someone on the card. In the reports route, choose district, then tehsil or zone, then your fair price shop.
- Open your card from the resultTap your RC number to open the family page with the card holder, everyone listed, the category and your dealer.
- Save it as a PDFUse the print option on your phone browser and pick Save as PDF. Keep one copy on the phone and one printed.

For a J&K ration card download, families in Jammu and Kashmir have three official places to try: the new Smart PDS 2.0 site of the UT, the ePDS public reports linked from the FCS&CA department site, and DigiLocker where your card has been pushed there. Each gives a copy of your card details with the member names, which you can save as a PDF.

The ePDS reports address has no secure https version, which is why this page leaves it unlinked. Use the ePDS banner on the department home page, which takes you there. Whichever route you use, the ration card download PDF for Jammu and Kashmir is simply the result page saved through your print menu.
E ticket ration card download by Aadhaar number
If the card number is lost, the Aadhaar of any member usually pulls up the same card on the Smart PDS search. The Aadhaar must already be seeded to the card. If no result comes, the seeding may be missing, which the tehsil supply office can fix with a copy of the Aadhaar. E ration card JK copy from DigiLocker
Sign in to DigiLocker with your Aadhaar and the OTP on your linked phone. Search Issued Documents for the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs department of Jammu and Kashmir, choose the ration card, and enter your card number. If the card is not offered, the UT may not have pushed your record yet; use the other routes.

Card categories in Jammu and Kashmir
NFSA families hold Antyodaya Anna Yojana or Priority Household cards. Families outside NFSA hold Non Priority Household cards, shown as NPHH. Kashmiri migrant families have also been issued digital ration cards and brought into the NFSA database. Check the category line on your downloaded copy, because it decides your quantity at the shop. New card or update in J&K
New cards and changes are handled by the FCS&CA offices: the tehsil supply office or the Assistant Director for your district. Forms are given at the office, and some services are offered online through the J&K e services portal where enabled. Ask at the office which route is open for your request.
