Quick steps
- Open the NFSA state portals pageOn the central NFSA site, the page called Ration Card Details on State Portals carries one link per state.
- Choose HaryanaTap the Haryana link. It opens the state's public ration card reports. State report servers are sometimes slow, so a second attempt later often works.
- Select your districtPick the district from the list, such as Hisar, Karnal or Rohtak. The report then shows the areas or depots under it.
- Open your depotChoose the fair price shop where your family takes ration. The dealer's name or shop code helps if several shops look alike.
- Search the page for your nameUse find in page and enter the name your card is issued in. Note the ration card number shown next to it.

The ration card Haryana list is published as depot wise public reports of the Food and Supplies Department: you choose your district, then your fair price shop, and the report shows the cards tagged to that shop with the card holder's name and card type. No OTP or Family ID is needed for this list.
Families reach for it when the Family ID is not at hand, when you want to see whether a relative's card is still tagged to the village depot, or when the depot holder claims your card is not on his register. For downloading your own card, go to the Haryana ration card hub.

What the ration card Haryana list shows
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ration card number | The RC number used at the depot and in the Mera Ration app |
| Head of family | Card holder, in most homes a senior woman |
| Card type | AAY, BPL (PHH) or another state category |
| Number of members | How many people the card covers |
Column names on the live report may differ. The list may not show every member's name, only the head of family.
Searching a long depot list on a phone
A busy depot in a town can have hundreds of cards. Scrolling is slow on mobile data. Use your browser's find in page tool and type only the first name or the father's or husband's name, since spellings in Hindi and English often differ. Try two or three spellings: Sunita, Sunitha, Suneeta. If the report has a download button, save it once and search offline later.
Name not in the Haryana list?
A missing name has a few usual causes. The card may be tagged to a different depot after an address change. The family may have lost the BPL category after a new income verification, which our Haryana BPL guide explains. Or the card was never generated because the Family ID is not complete.
The quickest test is a personal check: search your own card with the Family ID on HEPDS. If the card shows there, the list is only out of date. The steps are on the Haryana status check page.
District and village lists compared with the Family ID
The depot list is a snapshot from the food side. The Family ID is the source behind it. When you add a new member or a family moves, the Family ID changes first and the list follows later. So the list is good for seeing who is tagged to a shop, but not for proving eligibility. For that, the verified income on the Meri Parivar portal is what officers look at.
Problems opening the list
| Problem | Cause | Try this |
|---|---|---|
| Link from NFSA does not open | State report server busy or down | Retry early morning or late evening |
| Page warns it is not secure | Some state report pages are older | Do not type any personal data there, just read the list |
| Depot not listed | Shop merged or renamed | Ask the dealer or the inspector for the current shop code |
Questions people ask
How can I see the Haryana ration card list for my village?
Open the Haryana link on the NFSA state portals page, pick your district and then the depot that serves your village. All cards tagged to that depot are shown.
Is there a separate Haryana BPL list?
The depot list shows each card's category, so BPL and AAY families appear in the same report with their type marked.
Can I download the list as a PDF?
Some reports have a download or print option. If not, use your phone's print to PDF feature on the open page.
My name is on the list but the dealer refuses ration. What now?
Ask the dealer whether every name on the card has finished eKYC. If eKYC is done and still nothing, contact the block food office or the state helpline.
Where is the list for other states?
Our national ration card list page covers every state's report route.
