The Uttarakhand NFSA ration card list used to be a shop wise report on the old RCMS site, but that site now returns a server error, so the quickest way to confirm your name is a card search on Smart PDS 2.0 or a look at the register at your fair price shop. The list matters because only families on it get NFSA ration for their category.

What the Uttarakhand NFSA ration card list shows
A shop wise list normally has one row per card with these fields:

Why the old fcs uk gov in ration card list link fails
Many blogs still point to a reports page on the RCMS address with an RID number at the end. When we checked, that address returned a service unavailable error. The department site fcs.uk.gov.in has a Reports section, but it holds old allocation papers, not family names. Shop wise checking is useful when a whole village wants to see who is on the list. If Smart PDS 2.0 shows a report menu, choose your district, then the block or urban body, then the fair price shop. Big shops in towns can have hundreds of cards, so type the name of the card holder into the find box. If the site does not yet give a report, ask the dealer, who can print or show the shop list from the ePoS system.
NFSA cards and State Food Scheme cards
Only Antyodaya Anna Yojana and Priority Household cards come under NFSA. Families outside it may hold a State Food Scheme card issued by Uttarakhand. Getting a name added to the list
A name is added through the Modification in Ration Card service of the department. Town families file it with the DSO, while hill and plains villages route it via their block. Attach the Aadhaar and birth certificate for a child, or marriage proof and the surrender note from the old card for a new bride. Name in the list but no ration

Is my name in the NFSA list if I have a ration card?
Only if your card is AAY or PHH. A State Food Scheme card is a state card, not an NFSA one.
Can I see the ration card list of my whole village?
When the new site shows a report menu, you can drill down by district, block and shop. Until then, ask the dealer to show the shop register.
My name was in the old list but is gone now. Why?
It may have been removed during verification, or the card number changed after migration. Ask the supply office with an old printout of the card.
Who updates the Uttarakhand ration card list?
