Quick steps

  1. Find your shop number firstRun a Ration Card Search with any card from your village. The result shows the FP shop number that serves it.
  2. Open the Reports menu on EPDS TelanganaFrom the home page of epds.telangana.gov.in/FoodSecurityAct, open Reports. Report titles are revised now and then; look for abstract, FPS wise or card details.
  3. Choose your districtPick from the district list. Telangana has many districts after the reorganisation, so check the new district name of your mandal.
  4. Choose the mandalThe mandal list loads for that district. Urban areas may show circles or wards instead.
  5. Open your fair price shopClick the shop number you noted in step one. Read the counts or the list shown and save it with your phone's print option.

Open EPDS Telangana ReportsOfficial site, opens in a new tab

A TS ration card list village wise is built on EPDS Telangana by going through the Reports menu: you choose the district, then the mandal, then the fair price shop that serves your village. Telangana organises its cards shop by shop, so the shop is the closest thing to a village list on the portal.

These reports are mostly abstracts, meaning counts of Food Security Cards and members per shop, and the detail level depends on the report you open. To check one family, the card search is quicker. That and every other Telangana task is linked from our Telangana ration card hub.

Why the ts ration card list village wise goes through the shop

Telangana does not post a single village register of names on the portal. Cards are attached to fair price shops, and the dealer serves one village or a group of hamlets. That is why the reports go district, then mandal, then shop. If two shops serve your village, check both.

For your own family, a list is the slow way. Searching your FSC number takes less time and shows every member, as explained in the Telangana status guide.

What the FSC ration card list reports contain

ColumnWhat it means
Shop numberFair price shop code in the mandal
DealerName of the dealer running the shop
NFSA cardsFood Security Cards under the central law
State cardsState food security cards outside NFSA
AAY cardsAntyodaya cards for the poorest families
UnitsTotal members across the cards

Some reports drill further to card numbers. Others stop at totals. Column names on the live site may read a little differently.

Is my name in the Telangana ration card list?

Most people who search for the list want to know one thing: is my family on it after the new approvals? The surest way is this:

  1. Find your FSC number from the shop dealer or your MeeSeva receipt.
  2. Run Ration Card Search on EPDS with that number and your district.
  3. Check that every member appears.

If you only applied and have no card number yet, the list will not show you. Follow its progress using the application status guide.

Ask at the shop or gram panchayat

Dealers keep the list of cards they serve on the ePoS machine and often a printed register. Panchayat secretaries and ward offices also receive lists of new approvals in many rounds. When new smart ration cards are handed out, the list of families due to collect them is usually kept at the shop or read out at the local camp.

Take the card holder along, or at least their Aadhaar. A dealer is more willing to look up a family when the card holder or a close member is in front of him.

Lists in other states

Each state shapes its list differently. Some show names village by village, others only shop totals like Telangana. Our national ration card list guide compares them, and the white card page explains which card types appear in Telangana reports.

Questions people ask

Can I download the Telangana ration card list as PDF?

Open the report you need and use your phone's print or share option to save it as PDF. Large reports print better from a computer.

Does the list show family member names?

Some reports drill down to cards, but the full member list of one family is clearest in the Ration Card Search.

Where is the new ration card list in Telangana?

Newly approved cards appear under their shop once tagged. Panchayat and ward offices also get approval lists in each round.

Is the list the same as the smart card distribution list?

Not exactly. Smart cards go to families with active cards, but the collection list is kept locally at the shop or camp.

What if my village shop has changed?

Search your card again; the result shows the current shop number. Then open that shop's report.
