- Select districtDistrict is compulsory. Pick yours from the list of all districts of the state.
- Add one search detailType the ration card number for an exact match. Without it, use the Name or Father Name box, and add block or dealer to narrow.
- Enter captcha and submitType the characters shown. If they are hard to read, tap Refresh for a new set.
- Check the result rowOpen the card to see members, card type and dealer. If several families appear, match the father's name and village.

A ration card Jharkhand status check can mean three different things, and Aahar has a separate screen for each. To see if the card exists and who is on it, use the cardholder search. To see what grain was due and lifted this month, use the पात्रता screen. To follow a new card or correction request, use the acknowledgement search.

Ration card Jharkhand status from a name or RC number
For a ration card status check online Jharkhand families start with the cardholder search. The cardholder search is the first check. It confirms the card is in the system and shows every member, the card type and the dealer.
A ration card check by name works, but names are stored in English, and spellings like Kumari and Kumary or Devi and Debi differ. Try a shorter part of the name, or use the father's name box. When you find your card, write the number down so the next check is a single exact search.
Monthly grain status under पात्रता
The पात्रता screen on Aahar shows the card's entitlement and the transactions made at the dealer. Use it to answer the question many families really have: was our grain for this month issued, and how much was due?
Search with your card number and pick the month. If the screen shows the grain as lifted but you did not receive it, note the date and quantity and raise a complaint. The related पात्रता सूचि (मासिक) list shows the month's entitlement dealer by dealer.
Request status with the acknowledgement number
After any ERCMS request, for example a fresh card or an extra member, you get an acknowledgement number. Two official pages track it:
- Aahar online services: under ऑनलाइन सेवा, the आवेदन स्थिति link opens the ERCMS application status form. Enter the card number or the acknowledgement number, the mobile number used for the request, choose the activity such as नया राशनकार्ड के लिए आवेदन, fill the captcha and search.
- ERCMS home: the Check Application Status button needs only one field: card number or acknowledgement number.

eKYC status of your card
Aahar publishes an e-KYC Report for NFSA and green cards, but it shows counts by district and block, not one family. To know whether each member of your card has finished eKYC, request a member wise reading from the dealer's ePoS device.
If a member is pending, that person must give a thumb impression at the shop with Aadhaar. Members who live away can usually do it at any shop in the state.

How do I do a ration card check in Jharkhand online?

What is ration card acknowledgement status in Jharkhand?
It is the progress of a request you made on ERCMS. Put the acknowledgement number into the आवेदन स्थिति page or the Check Application Status button.
Can I check Jharkhand ration card details without the card number?
Yes. Choose a district, then fill either the Name box or the Father Name box, though you may get several results to sort through.
Does aahar.kar.nic.in work for Jharkhand cards?
No. That address belongs to another state's food portal. Jharkhand cards are only on aahar.jharkhand.gov.in.
Why does my status show the request is with the BSO for long?
The Block Supply Officer verifies first. Delays usually mean a pending field check or a missing self declaration. Visit the block with your acknowledgement slip.
