Ration card assam online check by Aadhaar number
Many families in Assam have lost the paper card or never noted its number. Mera Ration accepts any listed member's Aadhaar, provided it was seeded. After the check, the app shows the card number. Write it down, because offices and forms ask for it.
If the Aadhaar search returns nothing, that member's Aadhaar may not be linked. A dealer search may still find it, and seeding is done by FPD&CA.

Ration card status check Assam for a new application
Proforma C is handed in at the FPD&CA office, and we could not confirm a public web page to track it. The usual way is:
- Keep the dated receipt the office gave you.
- Visit or phone the office after some weeks and quote the receipt.
- Once the card is made, it shows in Mera Ration and at the shop.

Two rules shape Assam card status today. eKYC is compulsory for each NFSA person, with deletion warned for defaulters, and cards left idle for months were reviewed. If your card stopped working at the shop, the cause is often one of these. Ask the dealer which members show as pending, finish their eKYC, and if the whole card is blocked, carry it to FPD&CA.

Assam's Ration Card Management System once offered shop level reports; it would not load for us, hence no link. The department's Ration Card Report page gives district totals only.
