Digital Gujarat handles many services, so look for your ration card request among the applications in your account. The menu label can read Application Status, Track Application or My Applications depending on the layout of the day. If you applied at a Jan Seva Kendra, the operator's login holds the record; ask them to check, or use the public status box with your number.
Ration card online check Gujarat on IPDS for an existing card
If you are not tracking a request and only want to know whether your card is live, open the monthly abstract published on IPDS Gujarat, choose your district, taluka and village and look for your name. When the status will not move
Online status reflects what the office has done. If it sits at the same stage for weeks, go to the supply branch of your taluka mamlatdar office with the receipt and copies. Ask which document is holding it up and write down the officer's reply with the date. For updates that need verification, such as a new address, a field visit may come first.
Errors on the Gujarat status page
- Invalid application number: copy the full number with any letters exactly as on the receipt.
- Application not in my account: it was filed from another login, often the centre's.
- Page keeps reloading: clear the browser data for the site or try a computer.
- Approved, but the shop shows old data: allow some days for the shop data to refresh, then have the dealer look again on his device.
